Making your Payment	We accept all major credit/debit cards - except American Express. Cheques should be made payable to Hottubs Uk Ltd and you can find our address on the Contacts page. The price for the goods will be as stipulated on the website at the time when you place your order. If due to an error or omission, the price published for the goods on our website is wrong, we will inform you of the correct price and give you an opportunity to either cancel, or proceed with the order at the correct price.

Delivery	Hot Tubs, Spas, Gazebos a standard delivery will be charged, please call for a quote. Deliveries are carried out week days only and does not include week ends. Deliveries to the Highlands and Off shore addresses will incur a delivery surcharge. Please add the item to your basket to view the delivery option Your order for goods is subject to availability. If we are not able to supply the goods to you for any reason after 28 days, we will on request reimburse you for those goods. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses, which you may suffer if we do not supply goods. When our Service and Installation Department delivers the goods, it is expected that the customer is present to oversee the Delivery. We offer a full installation service on request please call us for details We always endeavour to get your goods delivered to you as quickly as possible. Deliveries are usually made between 8am and 5pm on weekdays. Our delivery to you is a courtesy and forms no part of our contract to supply goods within a specified timescale. Please note, Mail Orders do not make any profit from deliveries, and any scheduled services are made as a courtesy on behalf of the customer. Scheduled delivery forms no part of the purchase contract between the customer and Hottubs Uk ltd. Hottubs Uk Ltd can not be held liable or responsible for any delay arising as a result of the action of the delivery company.

Your Security and Credit Card Security	We value your security and as such have done our utmost to ensure that none of your personal information is at risk while you are visiting our site. Credit Card Security: Because of the threat to the security of your payment details, we will not request your credit card details via the standard order form. You will be contacted within 48 hours to confirm your payment details, thus ensuring that at no point are your details stored in any transmission across the internet. If you select to use our secure server option, you will be transferred to the secure server prior to your payment details being requested. The secure server uses 128 bit encryption and as such you can feel confident that your details cannot be intercepted by any third party at any point during the transaction. Please note when placing your card details onto the secure server, please use your billing address. If you use a different delivery address our credit card facility will decline this and your goods will not be dispatched. Therefore we request you use the correct information

Warranty Policy	Our Guarantee Policy Please see the full warranty certificate wording below. Hot Tubs Uk liability covers parts only, but does not cover labour charges, transportation charges or consequential loss. Please call for costs relating to site visits and service calls It is important that a simple visual inspection of the spa is carried out before signing to declare that you have received your spa in good condition This guarantee does not cover the effects of normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, abuse or neglect. Our Warranty excludes the following items pillows, light bulbs.

Special Orders	Please note any special orders, ie: adjustments and modifications and special builds are non-refundable. (This does not affect your statutory rights).

Spa Warranty Certificate Wordings	12 YEAR STRUCTURAL WARRANTY Heritage Spas warrants the structure of the pool shell against defects in workmanship and material for a period of twelve years subject to the limitations and conditions listed in this warranty. 7 YEAR ACRYLIC WARRANTY Heritage Spas warrants the acrylic surface against defects in workmanship for a period of seven years. Heritage Spas warranty as it applies to shell structure and the surface as mentioned above for the first five years of the warranty extends to the company, repairing or replacing, at the sole discretion of the company, for the balance of the period the company will only repair the defect to satisfy the functional aspects of the product. The spa must be returned at the owners expense to Heritage Spas at 417-423 South Grippsland Hwy, Dandenong South.3175. Neither Heritage nor its agents are responsible for any freight, shipping, removal or installation cost. 3 YEAR JET WARRANTY Heritage Spas warrants all jet face and spa fittings (air buttons, venturi, etc.) for a period of three years in regards to defects in material or workmanship. After 1 year, the warranty extended is limited to supply of replacement parts after the defective part is returned to the company. 2 YEAR PUMP AND EQUIPMENT WARRANTY Heritage Spas warrants the pumps and electronic equipment against defects due to materials or workmanship for two years. The defective part will be replaced after inspection by the equipment manufacturer. The air blowers and circulation pump are warranted for a period of 12 months. No expension leads to be used as it will void this warranty. 3 YEAR PLUMBING WARRANTY Heritage Spas warrants all plumbing conduits against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of three years. 2 YEAR TIMBER CABINET STRUCTURAL WARRANTY Heritage Spas warrants the cabinet against defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery to the original purchaser. The warranty is not extended to wear and appearance of the product as timber is a natural product and varies in its reaction to environmental conditions. If the spa is left out in the open totally unprotected from the elements, the timber will need to be treated regularly. OTHER WARRANTIES The Spa cover, Spa heater and ozone bulb are covered for 12 months from date of purchase by Heritage Spas or longer if the Manufacturers warranty is longer. COMMERCIAL USE WARRANTY Commercial use of spas will attract a 2 year warranty period only, where warranty above specifies longer periods. COVERAGE OF WARRANTY Heritage Spas extends this warranty only to the original purchaser and only if the purchase is made from an Authorised Heritage Dealer. Writtenm notice of defects must be received by Heritage Spas within 14 days of the defect occuring, together with evidence of original purchase and delivery date for warranty to be valid. The customer will bear all freight costs if the company requires the spa to be returned for rectification. Travel charges may also be assessed if inspection of product is outside the metropolitan areas of Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. Repair or replacement of the defective product is at the sole discretion of Heritage Spas and where replacement takes place a substitute product of equal value may be used and warranty of that product expires at the date of the original warranty. For warranty service, please contact your retailer. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS The following aspects are excluded specifically from the warranty: Damage resulting from improper water maintenance. Sanitisers such as Sodium Tri-Chlor(Tablets/Sticks), Calcium Hypochlorite or any other chemical that may remain undisolved on the spa surface. Spa surface damage if determined to be caused by improper use of a chemical dispenser. Damage from operating the spa above 45 degrees celcius. Damage caused byabuse, misuse or alterations not authorised by the company. Damage caused by exposing spa to direct sunlight when empty or improper use of cover Warranty is not extended to mechanical seals, drain hose, headrests, light globes or filter cartridges. Damage caused by clogged, dirty or calcified filter and/or jet Damage caused by clogged or dirty recirculation pump and/or jet pump Damage caused by incorrect or improper electrical hook-up Damage caused by moving the spa Damage caused by not setting spa on hard level surface suitable for purpose Damage caused by failure to follow procedures as defined in the owners manual Acts of God For Commercial Use all warranties are as follows: Shell structure and acrylic surface - 2 (two) years from date of delivery No leak warranty, jet replacement, pump(s) turbo blower - 6 months from date of delivery. LIMITATIONS The warranty expressions specified excludes any other implied or oral undertakings. Purchasers also have current rights under statute which will be respected by Heritage Spas. After a period of 12 months, for the purpose of assessing Heritage Spas liability, all aspects covered by this Warranty will be treated on a pro-rata basis. Heritage Spas or its agents will not be liable for any incidental or consequential loss or injury. Nor will Heritage Spas be liable for costs assiciated with but not limited to building alterations or finishes and in no circumstances will be liable for greater expense than the amount paid for the product. In field labour warranty is applicable in capital city metropolitan areas and within a 30 kilometer radius of Heritage Spas authorised service agents. Additional travelling charges will apply outside the 30 kilometer radius. Should you request a warranty service call and the problem is diagnosed as non warrantable, you will be charged for a diagnostic service plus and parts and additional labour to carry out the repair.
